About parcel delivery, fulfillment and Remote Control Logistics, i.e. about us
As its name suggests, Complexpress Logisztika Kft. offers complex, custom-made logistics services to its partners, even by very short deadlines. Our services include parcel delivery, courier services, fulfillment, 3PL, dropshipping and Remote Control Logistics (RCL) in Hungary and internationally as well as a lot of value-added logistics services. E.g. in addition to the usual courier services (parcel shipping, COD handling, etc.) we contribute to the convenience of our partners by offering packaging services, the distribution of packaging materials, labelling (printing and affixing labels), picking (compilation of consignments) and unique services with guarantees in the industry. In order to fully satisfy the needs of our customers, we continuously strive for innovation and the provision of new services. They include parcel delivery outside working hours, alternative parcel collection at over 3,000 locations across the country (Pick Pack Points, post offices and automated parcel terminals). This option provides a solution even for those who cannot be reached at their residential addresses during the day, but do not want to have their parcels delivered to their workplaces. Thus they can pick up their parcels whenever they like, before or after working hours. Of course, the efficiency of parcel delivery is very important for the consignor too, since this solution can significantly reduce the number of unsuccessful delivery attempts and the quantity of returned goods, and consequently, the amount spent on parcel delivery in vain. We offer not only time-guaranteed and value-guaranteed parcel delivery, but also unique COD guarantee for all parcels handled by Complexpress.
